How do I order a photo package?
Fill out our order form and purchase your package to get booked on our calendar. Once we see your order come through we will send out an email with shipping info. You can also contact us anytime with any questions you may have.
How long does it take?
Once your product is received turn around is typically 5-7 business days. If you're on a tight timeline we can offer a rush fee of 10% your package price to have it done in 3 days.
Do I get my product back?
Yes. If you'd prefer to have your product shipped back please include a prepaid return shipping label in your package or e-mail it to us so we can print it out. We'll drop your package back in the mail once payment is processed and our project is complete!
Can I choose my models?
At this time we don't offer specific model choices, however if you prefer a certain age or gender demographic we will find a model that fits in your category.
Do I send a shot list or do you choose what to shoot?
You can absolutely send us a shot list, examples of what you like, what you don't like, etc. on your order form. Some clients have very specific angles and shots they need, others prefer to be hands off and let us do the research on your competitors to choose what we think will convert the best for each of your shots.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds, however we will reshoot your product if the photo shows the product incorrectly. If for example you aren't liking the color of a wall in the shot, that is a personal preference on styling and does not warrant a reshoot. However, if the product is shown being assembled incorrectly or used in a wrong way we will correct that specific photo free of charge.
